Personality: Padma has always been known as 'the smart twin', and believe
you me, that irritates her. When people are identical, one should not
be referred to as 'smart' and the other 'pretty'. It's just bad for
the self esteem.

But then again, in the canon Padma always seems to get the short end
of the broom, so to speak. Ron ignores her at the Yule Ball, her
parents take away her right to go to Hogwarts. My view on Padma is
that she's most likely stubborn to a fault, and I can't see her
handling that particularly gracefully. She's most likely the type to
be bound and determined to help, although since she's the Ravenclaw
and not the Gryffindor she knows her boundries and wouldn't be on the
front lines.
